Informed Consent

Version 1.0 Effective January 1, 2026 Last updated September 24, 2026
WYNIMPH INFORMED CONSENT NOTICE Before we can process your registration and provide our services, we need your informed consent as explained below. Please read this notice carefully together with our Data Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. 1. WHAT WE ARE ASKING By checking the consent boxes and submitting this form, you are giving your free and voluntary consent to: (a) the collection, use, processing, and storage of your personal information as described in our Data Privacy Policy; (b) being contact by us about your registration and our services; and (c) the handling of your registration and related documents (including interviews, contracts, and deployment documents) with third parties only where necessary to provide our services and as permitted by law. 2. MINORS AND PARENTAL CONSENT If the person registering is below the age of majority (18 years old in the Philippines under Republic Act No. 6809; 18 or 19 in most Canadian provinces; 16 or lower in certain EU/EEA countries under the GDPR), a parent or legal guardian MUST review and agree to this consent, our Data Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Use on the minor's behalf. By submitting this form, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the minor, or that you are of the age of majority yourself. We may ask for additional proof of consent or guardianship where required or appropriate under applicable law (including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and Republic Act No. 7610). Registrations for minors without valid consent may be declined. 3. VOLUNTARY CONSENT Your consent is entirely voluntary. You are not required to agree to anything beyond what is necessary to provide the service you are requesting. You may withdraw your consent at any time, subject to any legal or contractual limitations, by contacting us at the address on this website. Withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we carried out before your withdrawal. 4. WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU DO NOT CONSENT If you do not agree to our Data Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and this Informed Consent, we will not be able to accept or process your registration. You are free not to submit the form. 5. HOW YOUR INFORMATION WILL BE USED Your information will be used to respond to your enquiry, process your registration and application, arrange interviews, prepare and manage contracts, coordinate with educational institutions and regulatory bodies (in the Philippines, Canada, or elsewhere), and communicate with you about our services, all as described in our Data Privacy Policy. 6. SECURITY AND RETENTION We will protect your information with appropriate security measures and keep it only as long as necessary, as described in our Data Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your information, subject to applicable law, as detailed in our Data Privacy Policy. 7. ACKNOWLEDGMENT By checking the confirmation boxes and clicking "Submit", you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to the terms of this Informed Consent Notice, our Data Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Use, and — if you are a minor or are registering on behalf of a minor — that your parent or legal guardian has agreed to them on your behalf.

This document is provided for your information. If you have questions about how we handle your personal information, please contact us through the details listed on our website.
